Launched by Katrina Mather in 2014, her unique philosophy not only addresses the physical aspect of health - with a nourishing organic juice and soup detox - but also focuses on the role of the mind in health, offering techniques to combat stress, cravings and any negative beliefs that may be standing in the way of achieving long-term results. 

Whilst the residential retreats can be a wonderful experience, there is something really powerful about doing a guided detox at home; from Day One the programmes help us to carve out new habits in our home environments, despite the usual distractions and temptations. Of course, there is more effort required for a DIY version at home, but with the daily Zoom calls, coaching throughout the day via an App, and feeling connected to a supportive community, the consistent feedback is that the 'Virtual Retreats' offer the accountability to make detoxing not only possible at home, but also enjoyable. So much so, there is a growing number of people returning to the Virtual Retreats for regular "resets" throughout the year.

Virtual Retreat Pricing: Share the retreat with a friend and you will both benefit from the discounted rate of £199pp (full Virtual Retreat programme is usually £249pp). After completing your first Virtual Retreat programme, future 'Reset' programmes will be offered at the returning rate of £99pp.

Q: Can I do the programme whilst working? The Virtual Retreat could be fitted in around work, however, in an ideal world it would be best to take some time off - or at the very least lighten the workload towards the start of the retreat week. Many people find that they feel tired or don't feel 100% the first few days of a detox, as the body acclimatises to the lack of caffeine, sugar, gluten etc, so resting as much as possible Sunday to Tuesday would be a good idea. Of course, not everyone can afford time off work, or they have other commitments at home, so with some good preparation ahead of time you could slowly transition into the detox, and work through the week (or take a couple of days off rather than the whole week).

What you will need at home (not included in the retreat price): 

  • A juicer - (similar to a Philips Viva Collection Juicer)
  • A blender for making smoothies and soup - (something like a Nutribullet or even a handheld 'stick' blender)
  • Fruit and vegetables for the juice and soup recipes, herbal teas, coconut oil and vegetable stock for the soup
  • 500ml bottles (preferably not plastic) for batching the juices (we'll be juicing three times a day)
  • Notebook & pen for journaling and note taking
  • Dry skin body brush, magnesium oil & bath flakes and internal cleansing kit
  • Yoga mat or comfortable space for the class
  • On booking a full 'kit list' and 'shopping list' will be sent to you to help you prepare for your home retreat
