On the retreat I lost 2kg which I was delighted with, but more importantly I was able to reset my mindset. I have built new routines from my learnings, and I decided not to return to caffeine, and have cut out the mid-week alcohol, processed foods and sugar. As a result, my weight is now down 6kg, and I feel amazing! I have so much more energy, the menopause night-sweats have gone, and my outlook and my mindset is much more positive. Thanks again, I really feel like I have created new habits for living and I am very proud of that.”
