When it comes to our health, we all have certain things that bother us maybe stubborn weight that won’t shift, continuous stress or lack of energy. For some of us these ‘stimuli’ can be in the form of ailments and conditions: on our skin, like acne and eczema; in our digestive tract, like bloating, unexplained digestive issues or IBS; or even in the mind like depression, anxiety and sometimes just a ‘can’t be bothered’ feeling.
Often the response to these issues is frustration. Why can’t I lose the weight? Why don’t I have more energy? Why am I depressed? Why am I so stressed all the time? But every health complaint is actually a positive thing, because it is the body warning us that “something we are doing is not good for the body”.
