Katrina Mather is the founder and driving force behind The Body Toolkit, a first-of-its-kind, award winning health retreat in Scotland

Katrina Mather is the founder and driving force behind The Body Toolkit and it was her own journey in overcoming anxiety, acne, depression and IBS which led her to create her award-winning retreat in 2014.  In establishing The Body Toolkit, Katrina has created a “life changing” experience where she shares her 'Toolkit' for creating exceptional health in one of the most beautiful locations in Scotland.

Katrina's approach:

The Body Toolkit philosophy is about simple, gentle changes that can make dramatic differences to the way we feel.  Katrina's approach is about listening to the body and gently supporting it back to its natural state of wellbeing.  A strong advocate of the healing power of organic vegetable juices – juicing plays a big role in the retreat and in peoples’ transformations.  But she also focuses on the role of the mind in health, as well as the importance of rest, nutrition and gentle exercise.  Guests leave the retreat able to maintain their health goals for life – not just their week away.   


Katrina's vision:

Katrina shares her ‘Body Toolkit’ philosophy for good health as far and wide as possible.  When she’s not running retreats, she gives talks and workshops on health sharing simple, but powerful things we can all do to reduce stress and anxiety, nourish the body and ultimately help ourselves to thrive.  Her motivation comes from the belief that good health is very much within everyone’s reach, all we need are the right tools to claim it.
