Arisaig House

The Body Toolkit Signature Retreats at Arisaig House, in the west coast Scottish Highlands, offer a unique opportunity to recharge and renew.  Immersed in nature, history and stunning scenery, and having been used as a retreat for 150 years, Arisaig House is a perfect setting for The Body Toolkit Retreats in Scotland.

The peace and impressive natural beauty of the Scottish Highlands lie at the heart of Arisaig House.  This family-owned, Victorian country house, hosts The Body Toolkit Retreats in the early Spring and late autumn months and offers us the perfect place to truly switch off and relax.  The charming 4-star accommodation offers spacious and elegant Victorian bedrooms, each uniquely decorated and full of character.

Blessed with some of the most spectacular coastline in Scotland, those searching for a tranquil escape will fall in love instantly.  Whether you’re meandering through the beautiful gardens, exploring along the beach, watching the sunset from the Terrace, or curling up in front of the log fire, the pace of life will almost certainly slow down around you.

Extremely comfortably inside, and with rest and relaxation a number one priority, there are plenty of places for you to relax on your retreat.  Spaces for each Body Toolkit Retreat at Arisaig House will be limited to a small group, with a maximum of twelve guests, to ensure plenty of personal space and peace.

Aside from the magnificent house and views, one of Katrina’s favourite things about Arisaig House is that it has its own natural water supply.  That means that whilst you’re on retreat, you will be able to enjoy pure, mineral-rich water, straight from the local hills, arguably one of the best water sources in the world.  Due to the high content of ‘peat’ in the local area, this soft water has a slight brown tinge to it – which serves as a reminder of how fortunate we are to be spending time in the Scottish Highlands.

A retreat with The Body Toolkit at Arisaig House is not just a wonderful holiday in this remote part of the Scottish Highlands; it’s an opportunity to make a valuable and long-term investment in your health.
